From Linda and Nicole:
Great day today. It was our first day to join His laborers here in public witness for our Lord Jesus Christ in Aristotle Square in the heart of the city. Wow! People ARE curious. Linda and I joined Bethany (Brother Logan’s daughter) in assisting the preaching and Bible scripture-holding by giving out tracts (so many!), singing hymns (Linda played her guitar), doing our best to witness personally to those who spoke English, and sending persistent inquiring Greek-only speakers to Brother Angelo and some out-of-country Romanians to Brother Logan.
After a few hot hours on the street, the men continued their busy work here by taking care of starting-church matters while Linda, Bethany, and I got to clean the new church-building.
We all had a wonderful dinner together at 7 at the Logan’s home. Dinner was followed by follow-up phone calls by Brother Angelo, church-sign making by Brother Logan, laundry and cleaning by Sister Cindy, crash course witnessing-in-Greek translations/teaching to us by Brother Angelo, email updates to church family back home, and even a most exciting Skype call with Brother James. How we miss you all church family! But we really are so thrilled to be here.
